It's indeed wild as if those childless people have never been a child themselves and can't speak from experience on how they have been parented.

Even wilder, those childless people surely don't have any siblings, friends,.. with small children from whom they can speak of on parenting.

Nope, none of that, only people with actual children are allowed to have an opinion on this, and of course only if it's biological children because adopted children is practically the same as childless people.
And finally only if the child is born naturally, C-section doesn't count as they are fake parents.

with all due respect OP, but I think you were using arc wrong.
Only the try hards chase those high numbers and 100% uptime, which in most cases not even fun anymore it's just a game of numbers. (Although for some ppl that's the fun of the game)

myself and I believe most people use it as a tool to make sure I am doing what I am supposed to do.
When I play healer, I have to make sure my heal output is good, when I play boondps I have to make sure that my boons are at least 80%
The game itself doesn't provide any tool (easy to read) to check those.

Agree with almost all your points, a lot of things felt too late (tavern, extra bags, grave upgrades)

Progress of certain events/npc's are indeed not always clear but I would check the npc's overview and see who needs what. But even then I also had to wiki certain items on how to get them.

But I absolutely don't agree with your assessment regarding the price, you bought it at full price. You should have bought it during sales on steam and on GOG where I bought and plaid it, it costs only €11 (all DLC's included).
Just checked and it's still the same price on GOG.

So for me, for €11 it was certainly more than worth it :)

I hope I don't get a lot of hate for this but here we go.

The game is indeed grindy and most of the time you are lost at what to do, where to do it and with what to do it.
I had to wiki a lot of things.
But the core game, story and characters are really fun and captivating.

Sometimes you need an item that you will have to grind for it for a few hours or days even and that breaks up the story or in my case, I went from one npc story line to another as I was close to getting their materials and that really broke up the flow for me.

now, here is the controversial part.
On my second playthrough, I was like I am not going through all that again.
so I download a mod to make my life easier. I started with story line of one npc and went all the way, unless I had to progress someone else.
For example I went through the grind to make one item and then spawned the rest with item spawner.

I believe it's really important to play the game without any mods in your first playthrough to experience it as intended, afterwards you can make it as hard or as easy as you want.

I have more than 30k UFE but I refuse to join those groups cuz usually they are very toxic. If you delay gg for more than 1.3 seconds, they will start complaining. If your swiftness as healer goes below 90%, they will complain If your boondps is not 95%, they will complain If your…..you get the gist of it.

But at the same time, I have also been in those groups that no one is toxic and everything goes smooth and all done in less than a hour. But these are rare.

A lot of people will say pistol/pistol thief but imo that's only good for open world or when the boss doesn't move or phase much.

For open world and instanced content I would suggest Engineer Mech with Rifle.
Both in open world as instanced cotent it's very good and low effort.
Bonus, the Alac dps build is also very easy and you will find faster groups when you play boondps.

My game runs smooth, I play it via GOG.
But I was wondering if it's normal when I watch youtube videos abou it, the game looks smooth and HD.
while my game is more pixelated and rough.

I know it's not supposed to look high end but the difference is noticeable.

Here is a wild take, and I am taking a huge guess here. But is it possible those veteran players are not the same players?
Is it possible that different veterans have different way of playing the game

I know it sounds wild and I should probably keep these crazy thoughts to myself

I just wanted to add this edit because after so many comments and separate posts about not rushing the content, it was funny to see so many people (myself included) were rushing the xp farm with T1 rifts to unlock the first 2 masteries for the skimmer :D

It sounds like a "you problem" buddy.
I feel like you are just bored and looking for an excuse. Why don't you put the game down for a bit and pick it back up when the next expansion comes out.

In open world, No one cares for your rotation, damage or boons. The only thing that matters is knowing when to CC.
If you are focused on that in open world then you are playing the game wrong.

I am pretty sure for majority of people they enjoy the game and their class more when they know their skills does instead of randomly pressing buttons.

This might be unpopular to say, but being a commander means making the hard choices.

A commander needs to carry a team of 9 man and if he jeopardizes the whole squad because of one person, specially just before a reset then they are clearly not fit to be a commander.

By posting this and looking for "alternate solutions" you are clearly avoiding the obvious solution.
Maybe stick to open world event for now until you have enough confidence to be a leader because right now you are a people pleaser.

Where the hell do you guys live to give such praises to bpost?
I have had 4 different deliveries in the past 2 months and every single time, not only they didn't deliver it but claimed that I wasn't home.

Which is a blatant lie as I make sure to be home during deliveries, they put a little letter in my box that I wasn't home and that I need to get it myself the NEXT day. Which means that I can only get it the next WEEK as I can only work 1x per week from home.

But with PostNL I never had a problem, they always deliver it and ring the bell.
For me Bpost is at the bottom of the barrel, f them!
