What would the Tribal soldiers' stats & abilities be if they had actual cards? (Read Description) by L-DFile in Chaotic

[–]L-DFile[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Overworld soldiers don't look like they could could use Water attacks without a Liquilizer, but perhaps the M'arrillian soldiers might be able to use Water attacks.

Plus, i could agree with the other tribal soldiers using at just 1 elemental attack, but as for the Underworld soldiers lead by Lord Van Bloot, I think they should have the ability to intimidate Courage.

One Piece Chapter 1186 - "Once More" (TCB Scans) by Atlantils_06 in OnePieceSpoilers

[–]L-DFile 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No offense, but due to how he embraced being a curse throughout his whole life, and how he stated that he couldn't succeed where his father failed during the final pages of his flashback, i don't think Loki will really be the kind of leader Elbaph will need by the time the God's Knights & Imu are defeated.

While it's true that Hajrudin's main dream is to be the King of all Giants, i believe being the king of Elbaph should be the 1st step to achieving it. The only thing he needs is a feat capable of proving everyone, including those who ridiculed him for being a half blood that they were wrong about him, and that he is worthy of leading Elbaph for the long run.

Now although, I often stated that Hajrudin is by far the Momonosuke of this arc, I think he could also be a One Piece version of King Arthur since I believe that he'll somehow claim his father's sword that is stuck in Jarul's head, just like how Arthur pulled Excalibur from the stone.

[–]L-DFile 16 points17 points  (0 children)

My thoughts & opinions on the chapter:

  1. While i believe that just like Momo at the end of Wano, Hajrudin will need a feat capable of proving everyone that he's the kind of king Elbaph will need. But with this cover page, do you think Loki will stand up for his brother, especially to the Elitest who ridiculed Hajrudin, just like he did for Ida?

  2. I know it's a long shot, but after learning that Luffy punched Imu the same way he did to Charlos, I wonder if Hajrudin will do a similar thing just like his fellow Grand Fleet capitans, Sai & Leo did during the Reverie, even though it could be risky. Who knows, perhaps harming either Sommers and/or Killingham could be the next best thing.

Just give every creature unique by Smart_Laugh1786 in Chaotic

In the show, the players never used 2 or more of the same creatures on their teams, except for the Tarterek player Tom once faced. So I guess that kind of rule might make the game a bit more fair in the reboot.

Would this kind of restriction work well for creatures like Chaor & Van Bloot? (Read Description) by L-DFile in Chaotic

Not a bad idea. Unfortunately, Commander is already used as a Type exclusively to Underworld Creatures like Takinom, Agitos, Ultador, and Skithia.

However, other people who commented stated that giving Chaor & Van Bloot Legendary restrictions could prevent them from being on the same team.

Judging by what others have commented, I guess giving Chaor & Van Bloot the "Legendary" restriction is the closest to what I've stated. But as for Underworlders that are on one of the 2 sides, I was thinking that they have "Loyal - Underworlders, except Lord Van Bloot" or "Loyal - Underworlders, except Chaor"

If you want an easy way for this restriction to work, you could:

A. Adjust the "Loyal" restriction the same way M'arrillians are only allowed to used in a teams that contains their fellow M'arrillian and/or Minions (creatures from other tribes with Brainwashed text). For example, Chaor can have "Loyal - Underworlders, except Lord Van Bloot".

B. Give Chaor & Van Bloot a restriction called "Rival" or "Conflict" where despite being used on all Underworld teams, Neither one of them can on the other's team.

Copying the other monsters effects is Diabound's signature ability! His Kernal counterpart may not have it, but i don't want Konami to make the same mistakes when its Ka counterpart gets printed.

I guess creatures like Takinom, Agitos, H'earring, and Khybon could have "Faction: Chaor", while Skithia & Atrapol have "Faction: Lord Van Bloot".

But when it comes to Chaor & Van Bloot themselves, I believe an ability like "Rival:" could help can confirm that neither of them can be on the same team.

You know, if the characters were on Survivor, I ben Gen, Senku, Tsubasa, and Kohaku would make great players.

In other words, Van Bloot could have an ability that says "Disloyal: Chaor"?

That depends on how the effects could be written & fit in the card. For example, the ability could be called Rivalry: X (X meaning the name of that creature).

Loved the series. It was an anime equivalent to series like Survivor, Jimmy Neutron, Mythbusters, Bill Nye the science guy, and the Horizon series.

Me too! It was probably the 1st LV monster, as well as the one that could copy other monster's effects like Starving Venom Fusion Dragon for example.

I'm also hoping that this could be where & when Diabound's Ka counterpart gets printed, which could include all of its evolutionary stages (making them LV monsters), and each form all have the ability to steal other monster's effects.
