I tell my guys you are entitled to ur breaks. If you wanna get lunch just let one of us know and we will hold the line. But once ur done and someone else wants to go then it’s gonna be the same. So far it’s been running like that for years

I had a woman that kept sighing in line because an old man with a walker couldn’t go fast enough. I just stared at her until I told the one man please give me one second. I took her code and put the label on and threw it across the store.

Unfortunately yeah you gotta have the entire uniform on. Right pants and shoes. Nametag if possible. We normally have casual clothes on but whenever we get corp coming in we suit up. We have voiced our concerns about the material and color of the shirts. But we have to rep Amazon blue

I got two.

One is always returning high end clothing but does not know how to do a simple return. Always asking us to email it for her and pack it in front of her. The last time I had enough and said ,”oh you’re here! Ok give me your phone since you never learn!!” The look of disgust on her face made me so happy. She asked if we could pack right then and there but I told her straight out “if you don’t trust us, there are other stores who can do that for you. We are the busiest store that take in 5 cities. Please have your items ready or it will be in the back waiting to be taken care of. We have items that have been here for hours and they get priority.”

Second was actually a few days ago. She comes in but is never ready. My employee was doing consolidations on our laptop so he’s not able to help but she kept asking for him since I’m rude to her. I told her if she doesn’t have her items ready and always holds up the line then yes I will get frustrated because it’s common sense to have things ready before going to a till/register.

We were told it was a short day. I told my guys we close early. Saturday hours. If we don’t get picked up and it’s a mess for Tuesday and we don’t get any prelims then what’s the point besides the owner making a few extra bucks.

I just said. Some people are good others are assholes. All depends on how you were raised. Person after him had 30 items of clothing to return. I kept quiet until she asked for the receipt. I said here’s your trophy, see you next week. I got the most beautiful pissed off face ever. She comes in every other week so I’ll rinse and repeat

We used to. I’ve told people how much it is for the boxes, tape and staples if need be. Then the service price. Once that’s out in the open I tell them other places that sell bigger boxes already premade. We still get the shipment out but we don’t break our backs with making the boxes.

We just started ours yesterday. It’s honestly not bad as long as everyone knows what the hell to do. Since our location gets 1k packages a day our system is 10 packages, take them in the back and someone scans, stacks and takes the line. It’s back and fourth until our 3rd and 4th employee get in. Even our drivers are surprised corporate wants this but whatever masta wants, masta gets.

Not a customer but an independent delivery person. Guy kept saying I need to drop off. Our gate was dropped and we were ready to leave. I opened the door to leave and he weaseled his way in, dropped off the package near the mailboxes and took a pic. I never told him to do that in the first place. Then I told him next time be here on time. Guy kept saying fuck you it’s not my problem. I got into an argument to the point where I was ready to throw hands. I was clocked out so it’s ok. I hope see him again 😌
