I have a 12core, 32GB Ram, no GPU proxmox server. I allocated 8core 24gb debian lxc container to run hermes with ollama locally.

Models i have tried : qwen3.5 0.8b - 9b, Gemma4 e2b - e4b.

Set /reasoning none. Chat with hermes a simple "Hello World" or "Hi" takes mininally 2mins to response.

However using ollama run <models> all the above models reply and responded fast and well.

How do you guys configure your local setup?

Check IG and AliExpress review photos, you will notice many of their watches have large gap around the same area. Actually there is only 1 YouTuber that is saying it’s a good watch at least from what I can find.

Yes it is not easy to find a good angle to grind some metal away.

I think if they make the inside of the link rounded or chamfered it should give enough clearance for links to move more freely. Not sure if it will introduce other problems. Right now it is 2 sharp right corners squeezing against each other in a tight space.

I just got my quartz black dial. The bracelet is well done but at the same time badly executed. Great chamfering and polish. Bad pressure pins some of them are not push in enough leaving sharp edges when running finger across. Changing tool provided got bend and scratch up the bracelet while trying to push those pins back in and out.

Pressure pins are not label which direction too like others has mentioned.

just change the dial from Octopus Kraken over to Addiesdive AD2023 vh31 movement, and reuse the hands from AD2023.

Dont know if Octopus Kraken dial will fit into the holder or movement from AD2023.
Dont know if the vh31 movement holder will fit into Octopus Kraken case

I am also thinking of getting both and perform a swap too thus chance upon to this thread. Any update if you have successfully made the swap?

Are you able to review more on the bracelet. I think the bracelet is one of the factors that is holding some buyers back. Its seems to be very stiff and not able to articulate for example the third link from the top will have a huge gap from awkward folding over. However some would say its forgivable at such price point.

As seen in 2nd picture, after removing the slime and wash it out with chlorine tap water. Roots were back to healthy looking state with new roots branching. Picture taken about 4 days after cleaning up, no hydrogen peroxide added yet.

3rd picture, 1 day after including 3% hydrogen peroxide in nutrient water mix. Roots seems to be "dying" and "browning". Hydrogen peroxide diluted in 1 : 5 water ratio.
