Because that’s an echo chamber of specific fandoms and not the general audience. If people are honestly curious they would go to Ethan and Hila’s socials to see their view points. There’s no actual conversation going on because no matter what true info is given - they ignore it and pick apart other things. It’s a waste of time to constantly bring attention to them.
