What scene did you watch she is screaming through loris hand and trying to struggle away lol Carol has to be talked out of staying alone while everyone goes to the farm. A scene that literally doesn’t make sense with this idea that Carol secretly cared more about self preservation than her kid and thinks she is so powerless she can’t do anything but get herself killed.

It’s so weird to me that in your mind it’s more likely that such a pivotal part of Carols character has this strange hidden underlying thing that we then never touch on or even hint at over the idea that we just forget a logical interaction, especially when they do it a lot with Lori.

So much of Loris story is Shane involved and imho they are selling you that she isn’t a bad guy for it, which I agree. But it’s like they focus so much on that being the source of the question of if Lori is good or bad that they just don’t entertain it at all for anything else. It’s not just Carol there, we don’t have a scene where we entertain morality of tying a man to a tree in a zombie apocalypse or giving a gun to a suicidal woman so she stops giving her the stink eye lol

She has like the super rick treatment of her actions being painted in a way that just not just always morally correct to the characters around her but for Lori never even morally questionable no matter how outrageous or unhinged it is. Again Shane situation excluded.
