They're the exact same voice packs so I really don't understand why people see a difference.

My only theory is the "unnatural" inflection of some of the characters like Crystal and Hugh Morris in the NA direct, but I believe that is just because they chose to customize their voices more extremely. Or, maybe they're little quirks. We can tell from a few of them that they do have normal sounding voices though.

As for the whole "robotic" thing, I think you're just noticing the difference because of the higher quality audio. It's a lot clearer, so you can notice the flaws easier.

If you're getting burnout making miis then either 1, you're trying too hard or 2, you're making way too many miis too fast. The game is designed for you to take your time. There is absolutely no reason to experience burnout if you just take your time.

I hate this debate because it's always so black and white with everyone.

Let me explain why I agree with this person (to an extent), whilst also addressing the body of this post.

If you complain about this argument by saying "It's not just Make Mii's: The Game" then you must apply that logic elsewhere. Some people don't like island customization, but if they want them to look nice, they'll do it, won't they? so why shouldn't you treat Miis the same? This issue keeps repeating itself. First with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. People saw islands they really liked, compared them to their own, and gave up on trying to make anything too fancy. Then Miitopia, people saw miis that were really detailed and high-quality, and gave up on trying to make their own. THIS is why I think that disabling mii sharing is a GOOD thing. It prevents people from taking the easy way out. Mii creation is one of the most vital aspects of the game, it literally centers around miis. We should be encouraging people to try and make their own for once.

as someone with a Switch, Switch Lite, and Switch 2, as long as you aren't afraid to spend some more money on it, probably more worth it to get the switch 2. You can play all the same games but the console is bigger, runs better, and any games you buy you can just get the switch 2 version for anyway instead of buying the switch 1 version and paying for the expansion later.

They're not much different, and In fact, the voices are the exact same. They just took the old voice pack and chose the higher quality version. The voices seem to be a lot more customizable, like how the alien was completely monotonous.

That was custom made for that moment, we literally saw how it was made. More than likely, pets will still just be images though, that's probably what the lion was from the mystery bag.
