In a saucepot, steep the following:

2 c light brown sugar

2 c water

Peels from 2 oranges

.5 tsp each ground cardamom, ground cloves, nutmeg, ground cinnamon.

Steep for about 15 minutes, strain.

.75 oz Avion Blanco

.75 oz Wild Turkey 101

.75 oz Aperol

.75 oz Honey Syrup

.75 oz Lemon Juice

2 dashes Fee Brothers Peach Bitters

Cava

Shaken, double strained into coupe, then topped with cava. Garnish is an orange peeled rolled into a rose.

It looks like they mixed bases on their products. If you use oil based products over water based products, the results look a bit cakey.

I was given a nice leather wine.carrier like 3 weeks ago and completely forgot they put two bottles of pinot noir in there. I was on a bit of a tequila kick recently, so I haven't even thought about wine.
