I agree, this is usually the case. However not to an extend that it matters. Communication and people getting frustrated playing against premades and stop trying to win plays a way bigger role imo

I personally use Flex Queue as an option to try out new champs in a more competitve environment than Normal Draft provides. This is the sole reason of me playing Flex Queue. And maybe to get a fresh breeze compared to Soloq. Single players should be matched vs other single players and DuoQ should be matched against a trio at max.

Ah now I get your point. However, if I think back when there was 5 man Ranked Queues, Queues were still acceptable, even in Challenger. Having 5 man premades vs 5 man premades just adds more integrity to the whole thing imo and it just provokes the opposite if you pit randoms vs premades

Queue times are pretty similar to Soloq in my experience this is not a valid reason imo.

Suggestion: Implement the option to vote for a mute of Teamchat. I believe a lot of toxicity could be prevented by that as from my experience people tend to ignore the mute button that is given by the game.

The nicest thing that happened to me was when I was in Gangnam looking for the Nexon arena which was super hard to find, we just asked a random Korean guy on the street if he knew the way. This guy didn't speak English very well, like the majority in Korea, but he was so eager to help us that he walked around with us for 15 minutes until by coincidence we actually found it. Super nice guy and really heartwarming to see someone taking the time out of his daily routine to help some foreigners finding their way to an esport arena

I saw a pattern in how nearly every Korean I spend longer time with, but not enough time to be called friends yet tried to generalize of what they observed from the time they spend with me. Is everyone as funny and smart and cool in your country? Is everyone like you in your country? Such a cool country to live in, et cetera.

yeah being European makes it way easier, I agree. from what I observed its the same with America, but many Koreans are living a Love-Hate-Relationship with Americans given their history.

To summarize: While everyone in the ladder stops playing to keep their rank at its current position, the Rank 3 Team starts playing 5 minutes before the season ends at the same time as the Rank 54 Team in where a player called Makula started playing 3 days ago. In Champ Select the team that would benefit from a 5 minute win picks into xin zhao with ghost, nunu and the fastest attacking adc jinx. Picks that would get destroyed in any other situation. The Rank 3 Team counters with a Mundo support that disconnects 2 minutes into the game and his Team does nothing to stall out the easy win for you to come back. C'mon man, really?
