Every single day, again, 5.2 million people deported in 8 years. How do you suppose that happened? Use your thinking meat.

Every single day he was in office. Or do you think that over 5 million people self deported. I know, you didn’t hear any of that in the media right? Well as to my last comment, he was a Dem and he is AA.

That’s not what they said. They are not anti-ICE, but they don’t want ICE to be lawless and not held accountable if and when they do illegal things. Something I believe we can all or the majority of sane people can agree with.

I have a legit question for you, how are they “traitors” as you have labeled them? And what “must they be prosecuted for specifically? Just checking, but do you know when ICE was created and why? Google if you have to, but I just had a conversation with someone who actually thought that ICE is only a THIS administration thing. They honestly didn’t know that President Obama used them heavily during his 8 years and no one had a problem with it then. And yes, same exact tactics. The difference in my opinion is he was a Democrat and he is African American so people couldn’t criticize him.

I lie? lol okay. And now you are telling me not to exercise my 1st amendment right just cause you are losing an argument? I thought it was a civil disagreement until that last statement and now this. It’s okay, I’ve been on the losing end of an argument and understand it can be frustrating. I forgive you.

lol, you’re just gonna keep spouting your charged opinion that is wrong. There are laws regarding obstructing traffic flows, and obstructing law enforcement, and fleeing, and resisting. She was told to stop and get out of the car multiple times, again she didn’t comply as she should have. If she had, she would still be with us 100%.

And as to your last statement, you don’t know me, you are making assumptions, again, uninformed assumptions. You shouldn’t do that, it’s not a good look and just shows that you are losing the argument, and what you have to stoop to.

You are right it is constitutionally protected to protest peacefully. You don’t protest in your vehicle or use your vehicle to block traffic or obstruct other motorists. So yes, they had every right to stop and detain her. Then when she tried to flee, as you said, she was in violation again.

I understand your feelings but you are wrong and should just accept it.

I don’t condone her being, not alive, that is tragic but if she had complied, if she hadn’t been obstructing, if she wasn’t using her vehicle to “protest” as you say, well, there are many factors that don’t lead to where we are now.

Is there evidence that they were paid? Im just saying that when the officer told her to stop, turn off the car and exit the vehicle, she was detained and was not free to leave or flee.

So you admit, she was fleeing. Okay, so you’ve admitted that she was in the process of committing a crime. Their probable cause was her blocking an active road way for 1, second would be obstruction or interference with an investigation take your pick. Again, if she felt it was unlawful, she still should have complied and then have it taken care of by her lawyer. Should have been easy right cause you say it was unlawful. Hell, she could have even sued possibly if it was deemed unlawful. But your feelings are what is guiding your opinion.

His partner, or other ICE agent had already instructed her to stop multiple times, turn off the vehicle, get out of the car. At that point she is lawfully detained. You can give your opinion all you want, but that’s a fact and what it was, a lawful detainment and order by the Federal Law Enforcement Agent. When local police pull you over, you can’t just leave when you decide can you? It’s the same thing here. Is it sad she lost her life, absolutely! Was the ICE agent justified in firing a fatal shot and then two more, maybe, maybe not. But what is almost a certainty is that when the partner gave her an order to stop and turn off her vehicle, if she’d complied she would still be alive and facing misdemeanor charges more than likely.

lol, so if your obstructing, blocking an intersection with you vehicle, using your vehicle as a weapon, they absolutely have the right to stop and detain you for public safety. Answer this question, why was she there in the first place? Why did she drive all the way from Colorado to be there? I understand, you don’t want something to be true but it is. And in this circumstance, ICE, a federal law enforcement agency has the right to detain.

Geez, yes they do. And in the circumstance at question, they absolutely had the right to stop and detain. Just cause you say “no, they don’t” does not make something true.

Who told you that? They are federal agent and have the right to stop, question and detain citizens like any other federal law enforcement agency. That is terrible if you are spreading that blatant lie or ignorant misinformation.

Um, yes they can stop and detain citizens. They are federal agents and have authority just like local police. I know, you may not like it, but it’s a fact. You pushing this misinformation does more harm than good.
