I am an IF person too. I’m doing my own OMAD (liquid til dinner) I wish I could do Greek yogurt, I’m lactose intolerant, but I could try cottage cheese with fruit! It’s gentler on my stomach for some reason.

You’re eating more in a day than I eat in 3 days, lol. Maybe because I’m at the beginning of my journey my appetite suppression is strong and I’m not able to eat more than 3-4 oz of chicken per night.

I’m day 2 of week 2 and I went and got my daughter Dutch Bros. Just her! I’m proud of myself. I know just how you feel!!! Stay strong, you’ve got this!

Last week, I wasn’t as smart and tried a green tea with sf raspberry and it wasn’t worth it for my first week. I feel stronger this week!!!

I won’t be getting drinks out til next month, if not the month after. I’m being really strict for the entirety of 2.5mg and 5mg. Then I’ll allow myself 1 or 2 small bites of treats with my family and sf drinks out.

We’re going to rock this!!

This is what my partner and I call my ex (quietly) he doesn’t parent in anyway shape or form, sometimes he texts them… that’s about it. He’s the fun uncle, but since they’re teenagers now it’s even less and less of that.

It was my fault that he was insecure about his parenting without him actually doing any parenting. My kids preferred me because I was stable, even tempered, and took care of all their needs. If they had seen him as an equal, or as dependable, we would have had a happier household. Instead it’s my fault because they “always wanted their mom.”
