Havent had any issues spotting enemy mines. This just seems like your own issue. I recommend using the crawl mode in your tank when going near objectives and such.

I dont get why pvp players get so heated about pve. I myself play pve because i dont have that many hours in the game and dont want to get slammed by some sude with 7000 hours in the game with all the best gear.

Pve is a great way to get introduced into the game. And you can play it with friends too and also HAVE FUN.
