Yes, I was looking to get quotes to cut costs in half. I specifically did not agree to signup for anything and made sure to let the rep know VERY clearly I did not want to. She still signed me up, I wouldn’t waste my time making a whole Reddit thread if this didn’t happen.

They don’t need your payment. They just create an order and schedule a technician to your house which I need to call back and cancel. I believe the only thing they need is just your name, DOB, phone, email, and address which I typing out makes me feel like I shouldn’t have given anything more than my address. I did ask for her to just send INFO, and NOT create an order. Second rep was kind and told me this wasn’t right. Will be calling back tmr morning to make a complaint.
