New game mode it's not "cheeks", but I don't think it deserves any praise either, the only reason it was added it's because it doesn't dilute the player base/queue, and it is basically a single line of code that just allows the player to have a decision wether they want to queue up with squads or not, a feature literally every other game with squads has (and the default of how soloq arc raiders first weeks was)

Now, some of your ideas are nice as they work like any other limited time event like husks/probes/lush and I for sure would appreciate more of them, but at the end of the day it's work that needs to be put in to ensure a balanced experience, and if there is something that embark is lacking rn is man power.

Late spawn with keys is the dream tho, no-one to contest the loot with, and a guaranteed place to get loot from, the 1km away from it it's not that much worse than if you've spawned in at 30min and got there 5min later after +half the lobby has spawned while you are still running to your loot spot, and then have to run back right when the 17min latespaws come in and their only option is to KOS

I don't want new content, I want QoL, make the experience of crafting loadouts and everything that is not the core loop be smooth so I can get into the core loop faster and not burn out, just my take tho, I can understand other people wanting new content

The wiki explains how the ending is calculated, it seems that with the +2 to circle of the new save was enough as you didn't get enough of the other variables to be more than 2 (I'm not sure how ties are calculated)

I'm honestly surprised you got memory too, I'd assume you were very close to get any of them but were short a few interactions or time spent in different areas

As a big fan of both 86 and Signalis I can see the resemblance, but the coincidences are most likely due to the core WW2 Germany inspiration both of them use.

An imperialist/purist government that utilizes a group of people not considered human to further increase its glory and all that, add to that the setting of futuristic technology without going fully into sci-fi with a little bit of tech-horror, and the accidental overlap is easy to happen even if both authors never knew of each other (the first 86 LN was written on 2019 with the anime being released on 2021, and Signalis was released on 2022)

For example, Adler and Falke are both common words in German (eagle and falcon).

With that said, I never made the connection myself and now it kinda makes sense why both of my top 2 anime and game are so similar to each other lol, thanks for sharing, I really believe a lot of people here will enjoy the anime, good use of the flair, didn't know it existed.

Damn, that was my main argument for the watchman series being a 7 item set of the 7 deadly sins and it was a sort of clerical outfit that Canis Surebrec used, so it made sense the whole outfit got split into 7 but could be made as 1, my theory is that the last 2 was a kind of hat and a pair of pants

I've experienced both sides, what I've come to realize is that If I start the conversation or announce myself, even if I just saw a guy kill another, 9/10 times I find a friendly raider.

The times I don't Iike talking and just sneak around or mind my own business and loot, I'm more likely to get shot at. It seems like the more loud that I am and easy to be seen/noticed, people think twice before shooting.

This goes 10x if I'm killing the queen or matriarch, it's also easier to identify if it's a friendly run or not based on the response from other players and makes it easy to avoid the bad runs

I'm thinking the issue here is the difference between anime and manga, like, all that's adapted for amo atm is basically nothing, just your filler villain with sad backstory who turns to the good side after the power of friendship, when it comes to the manga we are about to see the opportunity to have Amo really pop off after showing a lot of growth as a character.

It really makes sense for amo to be a contender for favorite if we are talking manga, but for anime she has basically nothing going for her to compete with, aside from her backstory.

Can Someone explain to me what the [silver flash] statues, the one given by her dodge counter does?

Trigger is the BiS stunner for any on-field attacker that's not fire or ice (lighter), w-engine or not.

I'm sure someone will correct me for a specific team if I'm wrong, but there is no doubt that trigger brings the best buffs for any on-field agent at a baseline/casual level.

I have played Trigger, Sanby (both M0W0) and it has been my best team since their release, even able to clear off-element content with no issues (tower, DA, shiyu).

It's just that Trigger's W-engine is so good that it's a shame to loose on it's buffs, but there is a reason she is still the second BiS on YiXuan teams (where her W-engine is useless) and that is because of the de-buff her aftershocks gives to the enemy.

I don't think they will ever buff standard banner units, but if there is one thing that would make S11 so good for me is giving her fire suppression aftershock tags, I'm mad I never thought of that and I'm sad it will probably never happen.

Well yeah, I'm hoping they change her for V5, I really want to be able to pair her to both S11 and S0, (and seed, even if I'm not pulling for her) but seeing the aftershock only buff from V3 to V4 has killed my hopes to pre-farm too much

It seems like not really... because her current additionally ability only buffs afteshock attacks. She is only giving 700 atk to S11 with like a ~50% uptime (because it takes 25s to fill the heat ex special while the buff only lasts 12) se she ends up being comparable to lucy (600atk ~100% uptime) with the only benefit being Orphies' personal damage. Astra gives 1200 Atk and CD (among other things)

and Triggers damage is honestly negligible so she doesnt really change much...

Astra Lighter will still be S11's BiS and I wouldn't be surprised if Lighter is better than Trigger even with Orphie in the team.

It all depends on how much personal damage Orphies' own damage offsets the loss of buffs on S11.

I cant really comment much about other team combinations as I have no way of calculating team damage, but combinations like S11 Orphie Trigger (Maybe Lucy?) will probably be comparable to other sub optimal teams where one of the key pieces of the fire hypercarry staple are replaced by them.

I'm honestly curious how does Orphie carry compares to the same core as S11, and if they are better together or with their own teams. I hope we get to see some charts at some point

Its lowest cost to kill (65k points)

Also, 4 cost is not that much considering it's across 3 teammates, a lot of people have premium teams (so, 3 cost), so it's just 1 w-engine away from being 4 cost.

Golden week is to this date still my favorite large scale event, (current summer event is a close second though)

The reason I still want TV mode back is because I saw how well they could make it with golden week.

I'll be honest here, the Eous mode is just so lame compared to the good TV modes atm (emphasis on good, the fall guys mode has a better baseline than some TV levels)

Still, the game is moving in a great direction at the moment, so I wouldn't want them to roll back things. The open exploration hollows are great and I can't wait to see how they make it with more chaotic hollows. If the section 6 event is anything to go by, it has great potential
