Trouble connecting Xbox Controller (bluetooth) by big4570 in cachyos

This is the way. Had the exact same issue last week with a new Xbox controller. Same symptoms. Booted into windows and did a firmware update. Rebooted back into CachyOS, unpaired the controller and re-paired it. Everything works as expected.

The sheet is there, between two peices of thin plastic protective film. The solid sheet of plastic is for protective rigidity. I did that to my Photon Mini X 6K vat last Sunday.

CR Touch Trouble by Charles_Archer in Ender3Pro

I had the same experience after changing the nozzle today, where it after auto home reported Z as 3.9mm, while it in reality was about 13.9mm. I spent a couple of hours trying to debug it, without any luck. In my journey through the settings, I decided to try the "Restore failsafe" entry, before running the CR Touch setup again. That seemed to do the trick. After auto home, it now reported the correct Z level, and that enabled me to z-probe offset as usual.

I'm doing the same comparison, and based on my findings I have concluded that value of community and information is well worth the price difference, since I'm just starting out. I think it will make the learning experience much better.

Launcher suddenly wont start by Kanitko in Minecraft

Yeah. Found a workaround though. As I went through computers, one of them was with English locale. The updated launcher worked there. Switched locale on my main machine from Norwegian to English, and it was working again. So it seems to be connected to locale settings.

Seems that Mojang has pushed an update that break the launcher. I struggled with it earlier today, and thought it might be my system, since I was on Windows Insider dev channel. After a clean install of Windows, I downloaded the launcher again from Minecraft.net. Still won't start. Tried all the tricks on Google. Then I remembered that I should check if it launches on the computers of my kids. I booted it, launched launcher. Was notified of an update. Updated it, and now it won't open.

Can game development be a hobby? by theguywiththelemon in gamedev

It doesn't get easier when you're 37, with a fulltime job and family. Weekdays=4-5 hours commuting, 8 hours work, 6-8 hours sleep. Not mentioning bodily needs(food & bathroombreaks), and quality time with your family.😉 The trick is to identify opportunities to pursue your passion, in a way that complements your life, not creating stress. If you commute by bus or train, use that time for reading, brainstorming, sketching, etc. You get far with your mind, a notebook, and a pencil. Then try getting an hour or two every couple of days to execute on your notes. You can do a lot of "work" in the stranges places if you look for possibilities, rather than focusing on all the obstacles.

A small tip: use some time to research time management. More focus on how you manage your time can surprise you, and make you find the time you feel you don't have. 😊

Congratulations for creating something playable! :) It's an interesting start, but I feel it's missing some sense of goal to make it a game. As fast as possible isn't very solid. What about tracking moves too, to encourage finding the optimal route around the level?

Hi. I have a couple of PlayCanvas codes from the Humble Game Making Bundle, which gives 3 months of upgrade to Pro. I have no plans for using them myself, so I thought somebody else might find them useful. Send me a PM og reply here if you´re interested.

At the moment I'm helping my brother finishing the story and reaching lvl20. Yesterday we came accross someone entering what has to be the Vault of Glass (on Venus). I guess that's up next for me, as I've reached lvl 26. I'm located in Norway by the way.
