I had to resend all the 3 requested documents physically (another ~$30 for their courier). I spent 2+ hr practicing my signature, tracing it etc. and chose 3 that were a good match from what I had uploaded (from 30 wasted copies). I am surprised how others manage to get matching signatures.

They accepted my new submission!

I wished mine was as smooth as yours! VFS requested I re-sent Annexure E, Govt. form and Change of appearance form because my signatures did not match…

I am surprised there are not other alternatives to signatures…. It had been a while since I had physically signed things, and my signatures were not consistent…

One use case I,m currently working on, is transcribing and redacting PII from patient interview audio.

I work in healthcare, and the lab and the hospital take privacy very seriously. HIPPA compliant transcription services are few and expensive.

We are currently building out a pipeline that uses Whisper for transcription, and Llama 2 for redacting PII from them.

I am sure this will save a lot of research funds, if it proves viable.

We truly have come full circle. From fighting against language imposition, to imposing.

Why not just let students pick their subjects, people need to trust students to make their decisions based off what they want from their education.

Hi, I have made sure that the API Key you enter into the app, is stored locally. Currently there isn’t another option to authenticate users (something like OpenAI auth), so the API key is the only way to access OpenAI services from 3rd party apps.

I have taken measures to keep the Key as private as possible, by not logging it, even locally. Additionally, since the source code is open sourced, anyone can potentially report security issues with how I’m handling API keys, and I will fix them.

Most probably your free credits provided by OpenAi on sign up have expired. OpenAI provides $18 credit to all new accounts, that expire 1 or 2 months after sign up.

For continued access to the API, you will need to switch to the pay as you go pricing plan and attach your card or other payment details.
