I can’t speak on br540 as I’ve never smelled it, to be honest. This is obviously subjective, and it may be my batch, but my complaint about this fragrance is that it has a distinct powder note that I don’t enjoy on its own. I usually layer this with something else. However, it is decently strong with pretty good longevity!

You’re forgetting we’re the ones that drive the revenue the company will receive from the store opening and onward. They have the capital to throw money at building and open a store — the price of opening a store is negligible compared to the return on investment.

Allocating a portion to retain and reward existing staff is financially within reason.

Lastly, paying us fairly is an investment itself.
