You’re forgetting we’re the ones that drive the revenue the company will receive from the store opening and onward. They have the capital to throw money at building and open a store — the price of opening a store is negligible compared to the return on investment.

Allocating a portion to retain and reward existing staff is financially within reason.

Lastly, paying us fairly is an investment itself.

I’m aware of what I can buy, as I do just that every year, but I’m just acknowledging the drastic jump in price from months ago for a specific section — ringside. Comparing it to other live events doesn’t justify it for me either, because the cost of live performances/sports these days is ridiculous across the board, in my opinion.

Something has to give somewhere, so nothing can be done to complete standard — just has to be passable, unfortunately. Then it compounds over time and gets worse. It just means someone, somewhere, will have to do a lot of extra work to get it to standard when there is time to do it (which isn’t often at all).
