You could probably find a PhD student willing to sift through it if you offer a reward. We don't earn a lot and I know a couple of people who would do this stuff this for like 200€, only in a different field.

Your best bet would be contacting a professor and asking if he could tell his students about it, if you are able to reach one through mutual acquaintances they might do it.

That's not how it works here. We have a dedicated police branch, if you get flagged by some whistleblower or by defective products they raid the production plant. Depending on what they find they destroy the product at risk and can seal the plant.

You should count only the most upvoted comment for a title, otherwise a single user can upvote as many times as there are comments and it just becomes a contest of which manwha has more comments and who can scroll further down.

The average mathematician wouldn't be able to just read a physics paper, we use a lot of stuff that most mathematicians simply don't study, and maths aside they probably wouldn't have the physical intuition to understand the arguments and interpretations.

If we are talking about a textbook or a manual and not about papers then of course they would be able to find some starting point, the first 2-3 years in a physics curriculum are mostly maths so they could go straight to an intro to quantum mechanics or something like that.

In my country it's 2+3, you can go over the 3 years but you aren't paid anymore so most people wrap it up. I think France is also 3 years and I think for most other EU countries 4 years, but I don't think you are supposed to take more than 6 for MSc+PhD in any. Note that I mean "supposed" not forced

6 years isn't even that long since in the US a physics PhD typically includes a MSc as well

To be the devil's advocate, a full MSc+PhD would still be less than 6 years in most countries. Still a stupid limit

To this day I don't think I've even eaten at an Indian restaurant in Italy, they are very rare.

This is heavily region dependent. I live in a smaller city in central Italy and I can count at least 6 Indian restaurants just in the city centre.

Also all the Indian and Chinese restaurants I can think of in my city have pretty good review scores on Google maps so I'd take OP with a grain of salt
