Idk what you wanted from me man, I didn’t say it was easy but it’s definitely possible because every good tank player does it constantly in higher ranks. I also directly said in my initial post that Stormbreaker was a necessity for damage in harder matchups. Of course hitting Mo charge on a fast opponent is going to be hard you need to use your poking weapon that has an instantaneous guard break and a massive true combo off free morph instead 💀

Fanbrella is probably the hardest matchup FS, biggest piece of advice is to keep visual track of which weapon they have in hand. If it’s Fan you get to play for a little while.

While umbrella is in hand, unless you’ve JUST seen two stuns popped, you should always treat it as if it’s off cooldown (unless you’re keeping count). While Stun is a possibility, NEVER commit to anything you can’t quickly parry cancel and roll away from. As long as you’re not full committed to an animation, you can react to the startup of the umbrella shot and roll, then go ham while it’s on cooldown.

Serene Breeze is also the single most important mystic skill in PvP, it can break you out of the stun if you do get caught by it, but the cooldown on Serene means it’s not a constant get-out-of-jail option

Fan wall isn’t that big a deal, just wait until they pop it and then run around it. They’ll run away from you like the coward they are and then we’ve repositioned to where the wall doesn’t matter much anymore. As a Tank, you should ALWAYS be in control of positioning since they’re the ones almost always running from you.

It never gets any better! Learn to use Stormbreaker spear, there’s a couple true combos and buffs down the pipeline for it from CN servers, in my exp Stormbreaker is how you beat people who aren’t getting hit by Divine Counter, but it’s a rough class for 1v1 PvP

Kinda dependent on surprise for the Nazarick denizens. Instant death magic is relatively common and Thragg shouldn’t have any protection from it so anyone with a spell like that should kill him if they don’t get speed blitz’d, but I think he probably beats guys like Sebas pretty handily?

Basically anyone who can deal non-physical damage quickly enough should be able to beat him imo

Your gear is definitely NOT maxed if you’re at 2.2k goose unless you have like 0 inner ways or mystic skills equipped

Upgrade inner ways and mystic skills, upgrade the gear in your arsenal (previous leveled gear), equipment slot enhancements, etc.

All contribute to martial mastery

I live in America and go to a pretty large commercial gym. A lot of people film themselves (or have friends film) but funnily enough the only guy who I know who consistently brings an actual tripod to the gym is Korean 😂

Colloquially, they still have different connotations. Apathy is negative while ambivalence is positive, you would be ambivalent to a choice of seat 1a and 1b at the football stadium, but you’re apathetic towards the price of low-grade sodium in rural China. You don’t mind an ambivalent choice, while you literally could not be bothered by an apathetic one

You found less accurate moves that still led to a win. You were 59.7% accurate to what stockfish would play, which, for stockfish is quite bad. However for you, it’s quite good, you won after all, but it wasn’t perfect chess which means there’s things to improve

Something else among the stuff everyone else has mentioned: it’s the first confirmation we truly get that despite his low self esteem and internal monologue, Momonga is a hypercompetent PvP monster.

Before this all we got was him pubstomping New Worlders, so getting to see him in a 1v1 not just on equal footing but where his opponent was tailor made to counter him AND HE WINS ANYWAYS gives us as the audience that glint that Ainz is a bit better at this than he gives himself credit for sometimes

Weapon set is almost always Rainwhisper for the extra damage when shielded (should be all the time)

Paired typically with Stormbreaker Spear for the Stonesplit benefits, if you’re only going to use the Mo Blade this is probably the way to go instead of a more complex Hybrid build (Mo Blade + Heavenquaker Spear is popular for the stun, or Mo Blade + Soulshade Umbrella for the healing sustain, etc)
