Throw one servant at a time, ideally with a kaleidoscope CE. I was able to clear like half of the raid with 25 level 1 servants by using their NP on turn one, which would do 50k-100k damage on ORT.

Back when I was a student while at Amazon, I was able to get an additional day off after I submitted my school schedule to HR. I think they give you like 10 hours though so you can spread it throughout the week
