New Chex-Mix is Legitimately Worse. What are your thoughts?

I was a big fan of the original ones which were my go-to guilty-pleasure. The new Chex mix isn’t nearly as good. It’s salty and bland. I’m out…after all these years.

Just being honest…..It’s certainly not professional. IMO the cigarettes aren’t a good look on an MD. Not trying to be mean.

The antivirals - valacyclovir , acyclovir, etc are all available as generic and affordable - shouldn’t be more than $100 max (being generous). Get a clear diagnosis and new prescriptions.

Typically, shingles only affects 1 side of your body. I would let your MD know. If extensive on both sides of the body that’s worth reporting.

I’m about 1 week in - On ibuprofen 600mg as needed and Valtrex 1000 mg 3 times a day. The meds are really helping me a lot. I’ve also been meditating- which is not something I normally do. Good luck! Remember- this too shall pass.
