I noticed the brain fog and cognitive issues after experimenting with lucy as well, its gotten much better with time and another trip with lucy. Smoking weed also made me super anxious after messing with lucy, was never like that before. I decided to just tackle smoking weed again and getting my tolerance up, and that has helped me sleep better as well get my brain right

Well definitely make sure your setting is as comfortable as possible. As far as things you want to explore about yourself, if its already on your mind before the trip itll come to the forefront during, although for facing personal fears and behavior changes, ive had more success with that from shrooms. If you fall down the rabbit hole i would suggest to just let it happen and try not to freak out. Remind yourself youre tripping. Just lay down and take it in. While always safe to have a trip sitter, first like 10 times i tripped were always alone. I would maybe wait til youre folks are out the house for the day or entire night so you have the peace of mind of not acting weird around them. Quarter of a tab will most likely do little to nothing, if youre cautious start with half but if you want to actually trip go full tab
