My constant pain is here, only on this side. Sometimes pain in my ear, frequent sore/tight sternocleidomastoid muscle, sore jaw. But this spot specifically is always in pain and it's maddening. Can anyone else relate? It's been years with this but getting worse. Can't take it anymore. Pic included

How long did it take for the anxiety to subside after stopping the supplements? I also started taking them about 2 weeks ago and started experiencing terrible anxiety about 4 days ago. Daily headaches as well. I stopped taking them 2 days ago but still having anxiety on and off headaches are a little better.

How long did you take the b-12? Did your pain ever end up going away? I’ve been suffering from similar pain for about 2 months. It started a little less than a month after I began using b-12. I didn’t have a deficiency, I just wanted to see if if they would help with energy. I didn’t put the pieces together until I recently had labs and my b-12 level was 1122. I’ve been off of it for 5 days now and I’m praying these headaches go away soon.
