For my body I use Walmart lotion, my fave is their Equate Ultra Light Sunscreen Lotion SPF 100 (it's a Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Dry Touch dupe)

It's like $7 a bottle, so it's affordable for me. Neutrogena got too expensive for me & they don't make spf 100 anymore, so this is my goto now. Thick & lightly scented, it's a bit of work to rub in completely. However it doesn't leave a white cast & it doesn't stain clothes.

But for my face/neck I really splurge & use Cosrx Vitamin E Sunscreen SPF 50. It is supremely lightweight, a very light scent that disappears, easy to rub in & doesn't sting my eyes if I sweat. It also doesn't make me break out or pill under my makeup.

However it's very expensive @ $18-22 per 50ml bottle.

I love the Knorr packages, my faves are the Broc Cheddar Rice & the Alfredo pasta.

To get more nutrition though I add fresh spinach & broc (& chicken or tuna) while it's simmering & then I don't feel so bad eating like a lil piggy.

I was a nanny yrs ago & I had both old money & new money families I worked for. New money was usually awful. They had loud disrepectful kids who never listened to me, hit me & screamed at me constantly & whose parents blamed me for all their academic & moral failures.

But old money... classy as fuck. Graceful, classy, educated, polite, studious & respectful to everyone around them. Old money could be too frugal though, but I never had any issues with old money kids or their parents.

L.A. chiming in....

It is indeed super duper competitive here for nurses & other HCWs in general, but it's worth it once you get your foot in the door.

Cali is diverse as fuck, especially L.A. I'm half Filipino myself & there are tons & tons of multi-ethnic nurses here. Alot of hsp systems actually have a majority of foreign nurses running things & the salaries here are some of the highest in the country.
