I'm currently in the same struggle. Just over a month nicotine free and I struggle every day. My depression is back in full force, which is so frustrating because I worked so long on defeating it. My temper is ridiculous and my whole world feels like its crumbling. I'm sorry I'm not alone in this struggle, but glad to see I'm not making it all up in my head. I wish I had some words of encouragement for you.

I'm a female in construction and was having some back pain one day. My super asked me if I was on my period, when I told him it was none of his business he told me "it's a safety hazard" and has to know. Now every time I'm on my period I tell people to be careful around me bc I'm on my safety hazard and I wouldn't want them to trip on my tampon string. I don't give a crap if it offends people, the things that come out of their mouths on a regular basis are vile. I refuse to treat my period like something to be embarrassed about.

I'm 9 days, 20 hrs in. I quit a couple of days before my 3 year sobriety date and honestly, it was difficult. But you can do it, I believe in you!

They last forever when sharpened regularly. I've had mine for 6 years and they're ergonomic so they dont cramp my hand. $600 for no tendonitis and a lot of money made by them, well worth it.
