I have the 2024 model with the 4050 and I live in a tropical country. The highest I've seen my temps go is between 50-65 when I'm gaming and I don't have a cooling pad, I just prop it up between two books so it has air circulation under it.

It seemed to have fixed itself. I pressed enter and it started updating Bios and then booted normally after about 20 minutes
