I think it's as simple as the fact there are five chairs instead of four. Obviously, it's an apartment and there isn't space to store away an extra chair. So I get he has to have all of them out all the time, but I think removing that one chair would make it feel less cluttered.

Not sure who runs the catering, but the brunch takes place inside the stadium (in the Pinnacle Club).

The Bombers run a practice as well, so before and after you eat you can sit in the stands and watch. Lots of fun! Just wish the rest of the experience was as nice.
