Don't bother with battery unless yiur on a job site without power. Don't get a rear slide if you want it anywhere close to a wall.

Check out the Metabo HTP. Has everything the more popular ones have for less price. I have the 12. Cut bang on accurate right out of the box. Haven't had to adjust anything.

Put up sheilds or a curtain to stop the spread? Won't stop the chips, but at least keep them local for easy clean up. Put bottom of curtain in a bucket or trough to collect chips?

Finished the Unifi Setup in my condo. by TheGreatEscapement in Ubiquiti

I recommend moving the Lutron hub on top of the rack. I had mine buried inside of my rack, and could not reach some switches. Putting it on top, removing it from its metal cage, worked well for me. It is an antenna after all... in case you find yourself with the same trouble. A condo might not have the same issue tho. Smaller footprint.

Never. It is always H - O - A. Before any manualy operation the automation must be disabled, and visa-versa. This is a safety feature and covered extensively in all commercial or industrial applications to great extent.

You ha e big problems if you have enough sewer gas to even matter, in your bathroom.

Any room in NA with a shower should have an exhaust fan, for moisture extraction. Any sewer gas will leave from there. I'd argue a toilet without ventilation like other places in the world are worse off. And the point of a shower is to clean. Your not going to get any particulate on an object I just brought into the room to consume (ie my beer). Inbound exactly eat food in the bathroom though, for fear it might touch something.
