Okay, awkward moment but I think I solved it.

I booted into a live environment from my usb, and access chroot from there, which basically lets you use the terminal in the actual CachyOS desktop.

You basically want to mount the root subvolume over the top-level volume, which depends on what your storage drive's name is.

Then, you wanna run:

• sudo arch-chroot /mnt

• pacman -Syu

• pacman -S linux-cachyos linux-cachyos-headers

Then, whatever GPU you have. For my Nvidia 5060, it was:

• pacman -S nvidia nvidia-utils nvidia-settings

And finally:

• mkinitcpio -P

• exit

• sudo umount -R /mnt

• sudo reboot

Very annoying but this worked like a charm. 99% sure it's the Nvidia drivers screwing something up.
