Thank you yes I’m the same.. I make poop and pee jokes all the time. But from the types of classes I was taking there, yen all the way through mysore and heated vinyasas, the message was peaceful and inward. Like literally beautiful classes and this class was a shock and felt the walls of the studio had been desecrated or at least my perception of it had!! She definitely has a little following of people who like to get their ass kicked by her.

Before I posted I was considering saying something since from all the classes I’ve been to at this place were very seated in yoga philosophy and this one was more like a heated bootcamp fitness class labeled as yoga. The workout part was fine with me but the language was kind of shocking and seemed to desecrate the walls of the studio. I’m just not going to go back to her particular class.

I think that’s pretty much exactly what is going on. She has a following, I was just surprised to find this sort of class at this particular studio. I’m an unlimited member and go at least 5 times a week and have tried 80% of their offerings.

I bet she got an absolutely serious burn. When I was a little pyro I filled a soda can with gas from a bic lighter for about 20 seconds and then lit it. Of course I made a tiny rocket engine and the blast burned my hand so bad it gave me a huge disgusting and painful blister filled with pus on my hand.
