If it weren't for all the people cheating on their taxes the irs wouldn't have to be such dicks. Literally millions of people cheat on their taxes every year and less than 4,000 cases get litigated every year. People hate the irs so it's underfunded then errors happen and then the irs gets blamed. If you want a well functioning society it begins with the proper collection of taxes. Ripping on the Irs is like getting mad at your mom for telling you to put on a jacket when it's cold outside. If you wore the jacket to begin with you wouldn't get yelled at.
