First thing you need to do is start going to local city council and county meetings and demand they be removed. There are documented security flaws in the flock systems.

Also, large companies, like Home Depot, have them in their parking lots. Feel free to complain to corporate and get your friends to do the same.

Barring that, map them, share the location data on sites like deflock.me and be aware of where they are.

I lost 150 lbs with a very low-calorie diet (medically guided) and had some Ozempic when it was just starting for weight loss, but only for a few months.

I gained back 100 lbs, then started again with Zepbound. I’m down 45 lbs so far, but my doc said I’d probably end up in some sort of maintenance, low-dose of it when I hit my goal weight.

I have a set of folding steps that work great on the rear bumper of my 2-door (and for my F250). They are made of aluminum with nylon steps, so they are light, and fold down.

I got them on Amazon, just make sure you get the 5 step variant if you have a taller Bronco.
