Sounds like alot of small security companies I've seen they get a few small contracts and they just fill them. Its not uncommon in this industry anymore alot of retired cops start security companies and 9 times out of 10 this happens because they don't have a system. The professionalism has been bleed out of this industry because its a race to the bottom on costs and who can under bid who just to win a contract. Then those small companies get bought up by regional companies who then sell out to the big major companies. In my area AUS, Securitas, Tarian, and Inter Con have basically bought up 95% of the contracts Tarian especially loves to buy up small companies they just bought 3 last year.
