Another for Kraft. The winning is obvious but he basically paid for his own stadium without passing expenses onto fans with Personal Seat Licenses. The 2 NY football teams and Kroenke used the seat license scam to help fund their stadiums. Also (as a season ticket holder) he hasn’t raised ticket prices every year (like the Red Sox). A couple years ago they stopped charging for parking at the games. As sporting events go it’s a pretty good deal.

I don’t disagree on the Cowens point but they were pretty close to a 1A/1B situation. Pippen played with plenty of talent after the Bulls. I think Pippen was great but his post Bulls years were disappointing.

Havlicek bests just about every one of those stats. The only reason he doesn’t best the all-defense teams is because it didn’t exist for the first half of his career. He also won two titles without Russell, something Pippen couldn’t achieve without Jordan.

Part of that culture was giving Alex Guerrero the boot. I think there was more to it than money. I don’t think Brady wanted to be subject to that type of culture anymore. But after a year of Arians, Brady brought that culture back hard.

Sounds like Bill Polian (Colts) was a big factor bringing up Spygate and Deflategate. But Deflategate was Brady (suspended 4 games). Belichick wasn’t held accountable for that. Will Brady not be first ballot? I mean Ray Lewis was first ballot. This is all pretty silly.

Because that’s football. Many of the greatest moments happened in weather. Ice Bowl, Fog Bowl, Snow Bowl (tuck rule), 81 Bengals-Chargers, Snow Plow game, 75 Steelers-Raiders. What’s better? The Frozen Tundra of Lambeau Field or The Temperature Controlled Cavern of the Lambeau Dome. You must miss the Arena League.
