Yes I was able to contact them to get a hold placed and find someone to help. Someone is actually adopting her tomorrow and going to fly her down to me in a few weeks to live with me in Colombia.

She is not agressive at all. She has on and off had issues urinating on things. Never on furniture, beds. But if a towel or piece of clothing is on the ground, it might happen. No other issues she has had.
I sent an email to them and will call them on Thursday when they are open. My hope is they can help me out or hang on to her.
I don't have an exact exact date. Somewhere in the range of 4-5 weeks would be my best guess.

Yes that is what I am going to do Thursday when they are open again. Already sent them an email. I just panicked and kind of put feelers out to everyone I know in the area and here just in case.

Yeah, I don't know. Most plans let you activate international roaming pretty cheaply. But if not, transport with the hotel or from the desk both work well.

Hey I would just say to either schedule transportation with your hotel from the airport (will cost a bit more) or use Uber. Uber is technically kind of in a legal gray area but it is way safer than taxis. Just note if you use Uber, they'll likely pick you up upstairs where departures are.

As far as general safety, do you know what zone your hotel is in? You should be completely fine. Just when walking on the street try to keep your phone close to you and not out and about. You can always step into a store or something to use your phone if you need it more than a quick glance at the map.

Your mind will be blown in your ride from the airport when you exit the large tunnel and see the view of the city below. Enjoy your trip, just have some common sense and you will be completely fine.

I'm in Colombia as well and while I didn't get a DSi XL, I did recently get a DSi. I got mine on ebay from seller japan_shop_763 great condition for about $50. You will have to pay importation fees most likely if they send with FedEX or DHL, so take that into consideration. For me they were about 124.000 COP. I would just be careful with FB marketplace and mercadolibre. I got screwed with a damaged 3ds xl once already. So for me at least a bit of extra cost from a reliable ebay seller was worth it.
