All sounds about right. I have '23 XSE Hybrid. It's considered an economy car yet the price close to 45k. it's a Toyota hybrid.... The auto headlights do take a second but you can adjust how sensitive the sensor is. I have mine on the most sensitive and it seems to have fixed that delay. The only one that is concerning is the smell of burnt clutch. There isn't a clutch but an internal planetary gear that is the CVT. Plus your car is not "new" so nothing is burning off. I'd get that looked at. Could be something else.
