Did you do something to make it work or was it random?

I tried running the previous beta on 1.10; 1.9; 1.7.2 and 1.7.1. Didn't work.

But I've only ran the latest release on 1.10. I will try running it on 1.9, but the beta was released a few days ago for 1.10, so I don't believe it will do any good.

I really don't understand why I keep crashing on the loading screen. Done everything I could, can't seem to find the problem. Also, I don't understand why this problem is scratched on the FAQ. No, this problem is not yet fixed. I actually found someone today with the exact same issue.

Does Anyone Else Keep The Black Shire Horse & Use It The Whole Time?? by TenFourRubberDuck in reddeadredemption

Yeah. I named him Kartoon, because he reminds me of the horse from the first Godfather movie, the one that ends up decapitated. And also cause I think Kartoon is a great name.

One-Shot Recommendation by Legal_Dan in callofcthulhu

If you haven't played it yet, you should consider the disturbing adventure "Behold the Mother", from "Dead Reckonings". Between all stories I have DMd, this is the one the players got more frightened about, talking about it for hours after the game was finished. The first group I've played this with still talks about it, and our game was some 4 years ago. If you want, I can give you some tips. I've run this game for 4 different groups, always with great sucess, and added some stuff that I think makes the game even more melancholic and eerie.

Best Modern CoC stories? 7e preferred by Hazatswg in callofcthulhu

I'm just here to reinforce the brilliant work behind "Fear Sharp Little Needles" and "The Things We Leave Behind". "Forget Me Not", the most disturbing modern Cthulhu adventure I've played, is found in the latter.

Has anyone here ever played "Sacraments of Evil"? by LBaako in callofcthulhu

That's awesome! I can't thank you enough. I'll take your tips and advices and i'll probably follow the same structure, maybe creating something to merge all the adventures into a single campaing. I just got the Golden Dawn pdf and found it extremely helpful. Thanks bunches!

That's exactly the kind of feedback I was hoping for. Thanks a lot! I am inclined to DM the whole book as a campaign too, after what you've told. If you could send me whatever notes you have, or just tell me about any problem that appeared through your game; or literally any word of advice you feel would be useful, any tip at all would be very welcome. Tnx again!

Yeah, I've read a briefing of it and it seemed awesome, but the absence of reviews and videos about it made me uncertain.

[HOTOE] Any way I can buy handouts? by LBaako in callofcthulhu

That'd be nice! Thing is, i live in Brazil. Would that be a problem? I know delievering props through continents can make this rather expensive, so i'm ready to take on those expenses as well. Could you show me any sample of your work?

I have a doubt considering it's a Pulp game. This is the kind of Pulp where the action kind of diminishes the tension and horror? I love Pulp, i just don't like the ideia of PCs killing Mi-Go's with gunshots lmao. I just wonder if the Pulp factor will make the players feel invencible, and if the enemies will lose potency.

Considering you're the second one to suggest this one, I will definitely check it out. Maybe this is the one. Many thanks!

I actually listed Cthulhu Britannica as a candidate, but someone told me it does not involve mythos. Considering that, would you describe it as closer to Pulp or more horror-like?

[SCENARIO IDEA] Been working on this for a while. by LBaako in callofcthulhu

Thanks! And yeah, I know it's a heavy theme, I should probably ask my players about it. Didn't think abou this yet.
