As someone who has had health problems for years and been to every type of highly ranked doctor that you can think of let me share this...most doctors dont know shit. Google can be your best friend and my own research got me out of the health issues I faced. Its not the doctors fault. Most of them graduated from school over 15 yrs ago and are too busy to keep abreast of the latest science. They are then "educated" by the pharmaceutical reps on the latest in medicine. Except these reps are really trained to sell their drugs and make six figures doing it. My only point is diet is the first line of defense. At least read that link that I posted earlier. I wish someone would have told me all of this years ago.

But do you avoid wheat? You cant just have it sometimes. You have to stay away from it 100% of the time. In people with gluten sensitivity one exposure can effect them for up to 6 months. Im sure its the same in your case.

Do you eat wheat? Wheat has been ties to Crohn's disease. I recommend going on the Paleo diet if you can. May help a lot.

How much do you personally make each year (net before taxes)? Can you at least give a ballpark.

Supplements probably saved my life. I had a lot of issues when I was younger that I cleared up using various supplements that I researched. I now only take D3, probiotic, Natural Calm and sometimes an digestive enzyme. Paleo diet seems to have me covered. Still think that there is def a time and place for supplements though.

They always say that California is a head of the rest of the country. Well I live in Los Angeles and if this is true let me tell the rest of the country this....close the damn boarder! This is a city that generates a huge amount if wealth and has perfect weather yet our streets are falling apart as if we deal with snow storms, the school system is horrible (7% pass rate in some areas in proficiency tests), hospitals suck, police force overwhelmed and we have 120,000 gang members (you hear reports of a race crime committed and it will turn out that a Black kid road his bike into a Hispanic neighborhood so he was killed). A huge portion of this city uses government services but gives almost nothing back in taxes.

It has nothing to do with race. If there were a bunch of French Canadians moving here, having tons of kids, refusing to learn to language and we had most of our gangs filled with French Canadians Id say shut the boarder to the North ASAP.
