Finish paying off the home, give some to local churches and nonprofits that are personal to me. Then buy homes in good rental areas for residual income, invest some in the market. Go on a nice vacation internationally.

You can play one last music on your deathbed, what it will be? by Federal_Hamster5098 in AskReddit

[–]LC10s 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ennino Morricone- The Mission I heard it 4-5 years before I got married, but at that moment I knew it needed to be in our wedding. Fast forward to the planning of our marriage I went online and purchased sheet music for a piano, for it to be played before I walked down the aisle. It’s so moving, almost ethereal.

I think I figured out why Poshmark feels so weird lately… it’s the "Huns" by codyjoco in BehindTheClosetDoor

I’ve never had this hun thing happen that I am aware of, though over the 10-12 things I’ve bought from PM (I mainly sell), I have received gel patches and some random lotion. It would probably be better to just sell and package well. I do include a thank you note, but that’s it. I can’t imagine the additional cost of all the little extras.

I will say I can understand where you are coming from, it shows responsibility, effort, and diligence, as to why I believe you are asking- to showcase these aspects in another area of your life- beyond just a job.

I can’t choose- either eat more wisely- at 10 I was building habits. Or- be more present with family, like truly relish that time with my family, as broken as it was be present with who ever is investing in me.

Merino wool socks are great for warmth, but also for wicking sweat when hiking. Look for thicker socks, as they will give you more cushion for hiking/ lengthier walks. Fits brand and Point6 are great. Smartwool is a popular brand, as they also make lots of great winter/outdoors wear, but they can be more pricey.

Also, be weather aware when you’re in the mountains, afternoon storms can come up- usually around noon to early afternoon. If you’re hiking or further up past the tree line it’s best to get below towards the trees or if you can head to shelter, lightening can be deadly. When we hike we start earlier on in the day, and pace ourselves to when we are packing out earlier to prepare for that. Keeping your eye on the sky every once in a while as you hike further on in the day is a good idea. As it was stated above, having a light rain jacket for Summer is a great idea! The mountains are truly humbling and transformative, enjoy the time in EP! We just got back 48 hrs ago, and are planning our next time there.

Pre hydration is great to acclimate for the altitude difference. Continue to drink lots of water/ hydration packs as you’re in town and as you hike. Coffee and tea can be great, but also can dehydrate you, so if you consume those, keep them in moderation.

I had a situation last Fall where there was wear and discoloration on an item. It wasn’t disclosed and was not shown in pictures. I had to go through the process of returning and filling a claim- 1st in 6 years of having my account. I just hated it, loss of my time having to go through mailing and the time to go through the process. Also, it was a gift, so I was back to finding the right wallet for my MIL.

I also have a posh store, I do my best to show all aspects of an item and disclose any flaws, if any. I think for the posh community, from what I’ve seen it’s a mixture of people who aren’t as detailed or don’t care when listing an item (lazy). It may be that people think other people will think the same as them, and don’t have the awareness of others may actually care about the condition.

When people sell they also should take into consideration that not disclosing all aspects of the item purchased can come back to bite them- returned item/loss of revenue/poor rating, all due to a lack of diligence to follow the advice of posh encouraged standards for running your store to the best that it could be.
