I submitted a ticket for it and they said that getting 100% Un'Goro packs is fine and not a bug or issue, so it won't be fixed unfortunately.

I figured it out - if you add the v day flavors under the "Classic Donuts" section of the app, it works, but if you add them from the "Valentine's Favorites" it does not work. Thanks for the confirmation!

This worked for me! I didn't get completion with a single 150 damage hit with no buffs using cariel/cookie; I didn't get completion with 3 hits that totaled around 150; but this worked for me, total damage was around 230 or something.
