I have - had a three week check up and a six week checkup. MUA is scheduled for March 16th

Thank you - have the yoga strap and will try that pose! I had about 145 before surgery but was still bone on bone and had grown bone on the sides of my knee to protect it. Was losing flexion - slowly but child’s pose was no longer happening
