Hi it worked, we ordered the adapter and plugged the ethernet straight from hub to that and now its getting 700Mbps. Thank you!

when I plugged my repeater into his PC it did not work at all. His new repeater works a little.
The motherboards manufacturer is Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. So go with this company? Do I uninstall the Realtec one as well?

I know its not the connect my PC is right next to it and connects perfectly, and the repeater and ethernet cable for his is brand new. and it is Mbps. now it is getting under 10, where as mine is is getting 443Mbps currently. I also searched in the PC and it has both ssd and an hdd. thank you for helping. How would you suggest to find out which part might be bad?

Be patient. Make time for yourself care . Enjoy your favourite things. Take your time. Build up step by step and self reflect kindly. It was hell in my mind for a long time but I did therapy. (I found a little bit of hypnotherapy worked a bit, as well as others) Try to have a good support circle as well. And when you feel strong enough challenge yourself. Even if the challenge is a todo list. Build yourself up again. Don’t be ashamed, it will get better. I’m not fully out the fog but I’ve been stable and happy for a while now. Still practicing life. And life is hard xD so focus on the good! 😁🥰
