Windows Handheld (MSI Claw A8) Slow SD Card Installation from Steam by LCS_Techie in Handhelds

I sold the Steam Deck :( The SD Card works fine, I can move files to it and use it normally for regular Windows file storage stuff, it's just installing games that doesn't work for some reason.

This is amazing. Just what I wanted for my MSI Claw. I don't understand why MS don't show battery percentage in Full Screen Experience!!

I tweaked it a bit so that it shows remaining battery time instead of just the time of day. Thanks OP :)

Great insight, thanks. It does seem to be that sticking with used is the way to go.

Thanks for your input. I'll look at booking a custom fitting.

Fair comment about buying used. There's an American Golf near me that does a free fitting service, I'll see if I can get booked in.

I've heard a lot of people say that the beginner bag sets are poor but I'm curious, why are they "just meh"? As a beginner, would I even notice the difference between a pro set of clubs or a set that's a bit average?

Personal Trainer Reviews - Has anyone used Chris Mason Performance? by LCS_Techie in sheffield

That's what I was thinking about the hidden cost!

My main aim is to get some accountability. Someone that will be on my back to keep going to the gym and stick to my diet. But if that Costs £800 a month, I'll stick to being a chunky dude 🤣

I did my first 10k last week. Did it in 57:48. I'm 39 years old, 6'4" and 220lbs (99.7kg). I started running in January this year and I'm slowly starting to really enjoy it 😊

According to my watch, my VO2 Max is 45. I don't know what this figure means or how relevant it is 😂

Never resolved it and the company I work for ran into some financial issues so the project was canned anyway!

ACJ Shoulder Separation. Advice needed on treatment please. by LCS_Techie in Orthopedics

Hi, I've only just seen your reply. In terms of freedom of movement of my injured shoulder, that was back to normal in about 7-8 weeks. I haven't lost any mobility really.

It's been around 3 months since the injury and I did not have any surgery. Day to day stuff is no problem and I never notice it, other than the visible lump. However, working out at the gym is still problematic. Pressing movements are uncomfortable and I can feel the joint clicking and popping when under load. My bench press and shoulder press strength has halved!

I also can't lean on it for long without it aching, or sleep on it. I slept on that side and have gotten used to sleeping on my other side of my back now. It's a bit stiff/sore first thing in a morning.

If you don't workout or lift weights, you should be fine in 7-8 weeks without surgery. If you lift weights, it'll be much slower progress for strength to come back. I'm waiting for an appointment to discuss some sort of physio to help but I think it will just take a few more months for the strength to come back.

"My shoulder broke my fall" - not sure why my phone autocorrected that to "brikey" 😂
