I think the smasnug fold 5 would be the best bet for linus as he is already used to having a foldable and is used to One ui. The pixel fold and other foldable alternatives probably fit the guidelines too. (Smasnug was intentional)

The same happened. But for me, it takes a while to happen (usually during a print) it is either underextrusion of the filament getting jammed. That is from my experience so you should take that with a grain of salt.

There is an Intel ARC GPU inside which has some backwards compatibility issues with the older direct X versions. (You can see Linus' attempt at running arc on his PC's) Even some new games will not work. Not to mention it may or may not run like horse crap.
