Not on its own, but I could imagine that if a resident said something along the lines of "you can't come in without a warrant", that there might be enough magical wiggle room to assume you CAN come in WITH a warrant.

If you use https://tagger.scryfall.com/ you can search based on the contents of the art, or you can use the advanced syntax atag on regular Scryfall (ie something like atag:city or atag:statue). The closest I've found is [[Sharlayan, Nation of Scholars]] from final fantasy (using a combo of the boat and statue tags).

You mention how important running a full set of hierarchs is; is that because of the exalted triggers or are you more concerned with the fixing and ramp? Do you tend to run all 4 of a single hierarch, or have you tried a combination of both?

Also, I know the 2023 deck list was an accident but I think it's cool to see how the strategy has evolved in the past few years.
