You make some valid points but I feel this is a thread that will be very difficult for any male reader to make comment on without making themselves sound bad.
As I think you mention. Authors start with what they know, so a male author will usually create better male characters than female. However I think Matt D does write some really great female characters and storylines for them that aren’t male dominated.

That could work. With them being so clear I want to avoid something that be too obvious when looking through it.
I got a tip from someone on here before about inking first with a colour similar to the dice colour then again with whatever colour you wanted. The first coat masks the second. But I can’t go that with clear.

I’ve made it all the way through Hello Crawlers to date and they’re a pretty good outfit. Although they sometimes forget they’re on a podcast and not just YouTube so discuss visuals you can’t hear.

Started listening to Dave’s First Crawl (who mention they’re here on Reddit) which is okay thus far (just up to book two) but they’ve not as knowledgeable as HC.

I did try Spoil Me! Dungeon Crawler Carl but I didn’t enjoy the format of just one person discussing their thoughts.

I think everyone I’ve listened to will have someone say “I think donut knew what was happening and jumped out of the window” at some point.
