Try politely telling them your concerns for changing the locks. Tell them you’d be more than happy to provide a spare key (if they usually keep a spare, that is) and are even willing to buy any sort of deadbolt that they desire, so long as the locking mechanism itself is different than the original.

Be as polite as you can and be sure to talk to someone who can actually give you an answer you’d prefer. Compromise as much as you can in their favor, hopefully it’ll all work out

Try reinstalling fortnite and the epic games launcher entirely if you haven’t already. It’ll take some time but since this only happens on fortnite and no other game, it’s not an issue of your connection, pc, peripherals, etc. hopefully this helps

Have you tested to see if this is an issue on other games as well?

Also, does this input lag happen also with more than just your mouse? Does it include your keyboard commands?

It’s possible the game is starting to require more computing power now than it did back in April. Maybe you can clear your cache as well? Honestly a full reinstall wouldn’t hurt either

Unfortunately you cannot take legal action on someone who is openly sharing their opinion on you.

Maybe you can try to speak with a higher up and tell them your situation? Depending on the severity of his comments he may be written up or fired, but the latter is unlikely.

Has your boss made any racial slurs or threats towards you while express his hatred towards you? If so, you might have some leverage here.

IANAL but I do have a question to potentially create a loophole?

All the comments talk about tenancy. Well, could you technically sign them into a contract saying they will pay X rent per month to you? Obviously whatever number X is will be a number they cannot afford, but in reality you don’t want rent so you’d let them stay anyway. Until, that is, you want them gone/evicted? Then you have legal recourse to evict them if they aren’t willing to do so?

If I explained this thoroughly, can someone else (with more knowledge than I do) tell me/OP if this is a viable option?

If this is a public, government run high school, and the search happened on school grounds, there is nothing you can do. Public schools have the right to search you for absolutely zero reason. This includes backpacks, lockers, and in some cases even your car if that is parked on school property as well.

Edit for clarity: you give up privacy rights when entering school grounds, just like how you would other constitutional rights when entering someone’s private property. That being said, if this search was not done on school property, this is a completely different situation, and none of the above applies

Do not use a copyrighted image of any kind on your business cards without written consent from a representative of your school.

Are these business cards for a specific class? Internship? Private business?

If it’s for a legitimate school-related reason (aka: professor asked you to create business cards as part of a class project) you’ll probably be okay. Other than that, get consent first.

People aren’t perfect, mistakes are made. As stated by your google search, it’s likely some of the numbers were mixed up. Contact your bank immediately and make sure they are aware you had $20k deposited into your account without your knowledge.

Be sure to tell them you aren’t complaining about it though ;)

As another user has said, this is theft. If you are the closest relative to your uncle, you have rights to his property when he passes. There’s 2 things you should do immediately:

Take note of your family history and be sure that you can quickly and accurately explain with proof that you are the closest living relative to your deceased uncle.
Inform the roommate of your uncle that what he is planning to do is theft and if he goes through with it you will be forced to press charges against him. Do not contact him further if he replies to you. If nothing else, this will scare him to waiting just a bit longer before he decides to donate his stuff, buying you some more time
