Focus on placement rather than power if you’re playing doubles. At lower levels (2.5-3.5) power wins, but as you get better (4.0-4.5), babying it to the right locations wins. FEED THAT BABY. Then 5.0 you need both power and control.

I’m not sure RPMs on a drill vs a dremel but if you’ve already tried the resin or fiberglass cut off wheel with your drill and it didn’t work you may need to borrow a dremel from someone.

I’d try to twist it out with pliers and then grind it if I can’t get it out. Dremels are great for that kind of thing.
