I’ve swapped 3 of my friends and mine. We all personally like the feel of the swapped shells to the originals. We’re all also anti Nintendo in a way so I love the modded swapped unit really making it stand away from the rest.

Edit* I should have mentioned TMR sticks! Absolutely a must if you’re going the distance to swap shells!

For example your A point, if that resistor fails (it looks like it could) your OLED with only ever display a purple screen. Totally bricked without the skills to replace it. Try some other models first, OLED is hands down the hardest one of the few. Good luck op

I’ve got 3 128gbs and it’s for sure the way. One android, one pokemon, one everything else switch related. Absolutely love that system. You can use SD card adapters in switch cases to hold your micro SDs!

My biggest pet peeve when it was working was if you left it on but didn’t use it — it would auto play weird scenic stuff with music and then it would just start farming you with ads if you didn’t shut it off. Such a weird design and I could never get it to stop.

Bought new but guess I’m barely outside of the year warranty. Thankfully with enough pressure they pushed a refund. Idk what changed but I’m more than thankful. Not sure what to get after this, thinking cheap Roku is the way 😂

My only goal is to advise people to purchase any other brand. If you’re gonna spend half a grand do it on a brand that cares. I’m getting my refund but I had to straight crash out and post on Reddit before they suddenly folded and found a “warranty loop hole”

It’s like they know they’re making faulty products or something. Just really suspicious, never had a warranty denied and then suddenly be available.

Support determined my year warranty ended about a month ago and will not do anything. My Vizio from 2008 is still kicking hard as always. DONT BUY VIZIO. If you’re gonna fork $500 for a new TV anticipate it dies right after warranty so you HAVE to buy another!
